Ryan Burr – Chef Patron

   
 

Ryan grew up on the Island working from a very young age in the family business of hotels and restaurants. He then went to Bournemouth University to study (BA Hons) International Hospitality Management for 4 years, gaining a first class for his placement year at Skibo Castle in Scotland.

Ryan has worked at Bovey Castle, Raymond Blanc’s Diamond club and spent time cooking on a classic yacht in France, Morocco and the Caribbean.

He then took some time out to travel Australia and South East Asia and developed a passion for laid back fresh dining on the beach, with all the little touches...Frozen Glasses, authentic spices, local produce and beautiful settings.

Daniel Webber – Manager / Partner

   
 

Daniel Webber is the other half of - Offended Hospitality. He will be re launching the Bay Grill with Ryan Burr this summer.

Daniel started his career in hospitality while travelling the coasts of Europe, undertaking various jobs to get by. After 3 years Daniel had worked his way up from kitchen porter to managing an exclusive private members club in Marbella.

Once back in the U.K Daniel joined the award winning Peach Pub companies and launched a new flagship gastro pub for the group. He then went on to manage the renowned Madamé Geisha venue in Brighton.

This buzz of running a bar, club, restaurant and live music venue under one roof has meant that Daniel has a fantastic ability to set the scene, expert party planning skills and in depth knowledge of live music. He is sure to deliver impeccable standards front of house.
